I did my first run today in almost a year. When I say run, I mean run/walk intervals, in which I did more walking than running. But you have to start somewhere, right? At least that’s what I’m going with.

It took me a week to make this first run a reality. I’d been thinking about it, planning on doing it, but it didn’t happen til this morning.

But I’m so happy it finally did happen, cause I felt amazing after. I forgot how good it makes me feel. That feeling stuck around all day too.

It might just be my imagination, but I felt like I wanted to eat better today too. Since I made a good decision this morning to run, I figured I should keep making good decisions with my food.

Tomorrow I’m going to take off, and the next run is planned for Wednesday.
