Better late than never, right? That’s what I’m going with cause today’s post is so late.

I thought I’d share the 9 grain bread that I made over the weekend. I got the recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks.

The bread ended up turning out amazingly! I wasn’t sure how it would taste at first cause there’s a lot of (healthy) stuff in it, but it’s actually really really good.

My family must have agreed, cause it’s now gone. It’s a good thing I took these photos when I did. The best part about this bread? There’s pumpkin seeds in it!

One of my favorite things about baking bread is the smell when I take it out of the oven. All that waiting for it to rise is worth it when it smells that good.
