The other morning I had a craving for granola, but I didn’t have any. Usually I always have some around, but with the holidays and everything going on, I haven’t made any in awhile.

I ended up taking a quick trip to the grocery store to get a few ingredients, and I whipped up a quick batch. The recipe calls for raisins, but it does say that you can substitute dried cranberries, which is what I did this time. I absolutely love cranberries, so it was a no brainer.
